In 2014, Dave and Carri Foley, husband, and wife, received their real estate licenses and formed Team Foley. In 2020, Team Foley joined Midwestern Realty Group, bringing with them their experience and expertise in residential and investment property sales. 

Together, Dave and Carri have built up their own rental property business along with successfully helping many buyers and sellers navigate the complex real estate process.

Carri is a graduate of Kellogg Community College with a degree in Physical Therapy. Dave works with the Michigan Department of Corrections, where he shares a close relationship with the law enforcement community through a group called “In the Know.”

In 2017, Carri was awarded the Branch County Association of Realtors President’s Award. In 2019, the association named her their Realtor of the Year. She was also nominated for the Michigan Association of Realtors State Realtor of the Year award in 2020. Carri also serves as Treasurer of the Branch County Association of Realtors, where she has served on the board for several years.

Dave and Carri live with their son Skyler in one of their homes in Coldwater.
