Letha has been helping people buy and sell properties since 1982 and joined the Midwestern Realty Group team in 2001. 

Born and raised in the community that she serves, Letha has helped many buyers and sellers over the years with all their real estate needs, from helping buyers find that right home to helping sellers make informed decisions on marketing and selling their properties.

Letha is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Branch County Association of Realtors, where she served on the Board of Directors for several years. In addition, she is a member of Northview Christian Church, the Branch Area Rescue Coalition, and Animal Aid of Branch County, where she has rescued 3 dogs herself. Letha also served on the Pansophia School Board for 12 years in Coldwater. 

Letha and her husband Jerry live in Coldwater near the Coldwater Golf Course. They enjoy spending time with their 2 daughters, 4 sons, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Letha enjoys big families and is the youngest of 10 siblings.
