Midwestern Realty Group was established in 2000 by two real estate agents that felt that the Branch County Area was missing something for the buyer and the seller of real estate. It was established on the premise that the buyer and/or seller is to come first in any transaction and only honesty and fairness will be tolerated by the agents that work at Midwestern Realty Group. So many times, all you hear from people is how the agent wouldn’t listen to them or their needs. Midwestern Realty Group agents are not that way and if you are unhappy with a particular agent, the broker-owner invites you to call her and let her help. It is because of our customer/client policy and our honesty is the top priority policy that we continue to be the number #1 Independent office in Branch County, Mi.

Our Agents

The office has grown from 5 agents in 2000 to 17 agents in 2015. Many of these agents are multi-million dollar producing agents with years of experience. In addition, many of our agents come from other real estate offices within the area. They have seen how the Midwestern Realty Group way of working with people works and they want to be a part of it. The rest of our agents come from having worked with the office as a buyer or seller or were referred to the office from a friend or family member The agents at Midwestern Realty Group are constantly taking classes and seminars to keep up on the most current real estate buzz. This helps to bring the customer and clients the very best in service during their real estate buying and selling experience.

Location

You have heard LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is real estate. Well, we believe what we preach so in 2004 the office was moved from a shopping plaza near I-69 to the current location on East US-12 just outside of Coldwater. Our customers and clients like the easy access to the new location and the agents love the room.

Service

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturdays, the office is open from 9:00 a.m to Noon. In addition, our calls are answered 24 hours a day/7days a week by a member of our REALTOR staff. This essentially gives you 24/7 service 365 days of the year.
