Val joined the Midwestern team several years ago and enjoys selling the right home to the right buyer. She also invests in homes around the area to rehab them and resell them as well.

Val specializes in the downtown Coldwater business district, where she is a past president of the Downtown Development Authority.

Val also owns and operates Pure Envy Day Spa, which she built from the bottom up and is now hailed as one of the nicest day spas in the area. She is also in the process of rehabbing another storefront in Coldwater, where she hopes to have a retail shop and wine bar in the future.

Val lives on Marble Lake in Quincy and enjoys spending all the time she can with her grandchildren.
